Pulcino d’Oro continues to grow and inspire. In Netherlands, at the home of partner club PSV Eindhoven, Red Bull Leipzig lifted the prestigious trophy, winning the second edition of the Dutch Pulcino d’Oro tournament. An event of great sporting importance that saw the participation of numerous clubs from Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Leipzig prevailed over another German team, Borussia Mönchengladbach, who won the Silver Pulcino, in a finale that provided thrills and intense challenges. In the Gold group, third place was taken by Belgian side Club Brugge, whose first team knocked Atalanta out of the Champions League this year. Another important youth academy, with players who are finding success in Europe’s top leagues, such as Charles De Ketelaere, a Belgian international who has previously played for AC Milan and Atalanta. Hosts PSV Eindhoven finished fourth, while the Bronze Pulcino was awarded to Gent, who beat fellow countrymen Anderlecht. Standard Liège and Duisburg finished just behind.

The tournament format, which keeps all teams in the game until the final match, fostered healthy and respectful competition, allowing the children to express themselves fully without ever losing respect for their opponents. This success confirmed the effectiveness of this game format, which is also highly appreciated in the Netherlands. It also sent an important message to the Under-11s, who are capable of fully embracing and interpreting the spirit of the tournament.

After its Dutch success, the Pulcino d’Oro continues its adventure in Italy, with the next stop taking place in Puglia, in Bari, on April 5th and 6th. Here, the Apulian regional event will be hosted by partner club Levante Azzurro, for the second local edition of the tournament.
But the most anticipated event is undoubtedly the tenth edition of the Pulcino d’Oro International Tournament, which will be held from June 12th to 15th, 2025, in Valsugana, Trentino, with Levico Terme as the heart of the event. This edition promises to be one of the most important in the tournament’s history, not only because of its 10th anniversary, but also because of the participation of teams from every corner of the world: in addition to clubs from Spain, Portugal, Argentina, England, and Germany, there will be teams from Eastern Europe, Africa, South America, and the Middle East. Pulcino d’Oro, with its unique formula and commitment to promoting the values of sport, continues to be a point of reference for youth football.

Each edition of the tournament represents an opportunity for young players to compete with the best talents on the international scene, grow, improve, and enjoy a unique experience that also involves families and youth football enthusiasts. This has become an exciting footballing laboratory.
