There was great excitement on the second day of the Pulcino d’Oro tournament, which saw young international football talents take centre stage in a festive and entertaining event that involved the entire community of Levico Terme. All 80 participating teams were present on the pitches of Levico Terme, 64 from the International Tournament and 16 from the Pulcino d’Oro Girls tournament. Under a beautiful sun and with a wonderful crowd watching, the approximately 1,200 boys and girls competing showed off their splendid skills and great sportsmanship. In the late afternoon, it was time for the colourful and heartfelt parade.
In keeping with tradition, the day ended with an impressive official parade. After the morning competitions, all the teams paraded from the Habsburg Park, through the historic centre to the public beach on Lake Levico.
It was an emotional moment, filled with dancing and performances. The stars of the show were the students of the NTA Dance School, the aerial acrobats of Artinaria, the young dancers of Noi Oratorio di Barco and the students of the Scuola Media Coreutico Musicale di Levico Terme. The grand finale featured the acrobatic skills of the Pop Street Soccer tightrope walkers.
